Launched by Lifebrandz Ltd, the first ever FBar (FashionBar) in Singapore will be the watering hole for the fashion crowd: models, media and creative types. Inspired by FashionTV, FBars all over the world attract an uber-stylish crowd. From Athens to Monte Carlo to Cape Town, it has garnered a glamourous fan club with its stylish décor and cool vibe.

Located at The Cannery in Clark Quay, FBar (FashionBar) Singapore is an exclusive spot that can house up to 300 fashionistas for a clubbing party. Decked out in silver, black and white, it’s like a stylized stage set right out of the swinging 60s. Reminiscent of the 2003 movie Down With Love (a frothy romp with Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor), FBar is all tufted leather, sumptuous fabrics, cosy banquettes–complete with glorious chandeliers, a crystal bar and mirrored DJ booth.

For nourishment, it’s demure yet sensual tapas (you don’t want to be seen stuffing your face, quelle horreur!) served with champagne cocktails and martinis. Be sure to order up a “Sex on the Runway”, one of FBar (FashionBar)’s signature martinis with green apple liqueur and cinnamon.

In a nutshell, FBar is the glamouretti’s answer to a sports bar. Plasma screens will play Fashion TV and the bar’s own occasional recording of its parties. And since FBar (FashionBar)’s maxim is: “If you’ve got it, flaunt it”, be sure to make an appearance in your designer best.
