As many clubbers (and other nocturnal creatures) may have realised by now, several Thai-themed nightspots have been sprouting in various areas right here in Singapore. And likewise, so have the number of patrons. Club Ratchada however, may very well be overshadowing their competition for one fateful and memorable night.

Club Ratchada, a live entertainment outlet, will be hosting a highly charged party for one night only on the 28th October 2009. This party will be featuring a Diva of Thai entertainment, Marsha Vadhanapanich. Marsha has been a celebrated icon of Thai music, film and fashion for the past decade. Throughout her glamorous career, she has released more than 20 albums, topped Thailand’s radio charts with more than a dozen hit singles. Marsha has also won both local and international movie awards after starring in 19 movies and 12 dramas. Her latest and current appearance is in ‘Phobia 2’, a Thai horror film currently showing in cinemas island-wide.

The adrenaline begins pumping from 9pm all the way till closing. This special evening also features Club Ratchada’s resident Thai band which will be warming up the crowd right before Marsha’s appearance. As a special bonus, all fans stand a chance to win concert tickets with every purchase of XO fine champagne from main sponsor Courvoisier.

Believe it or not, this concert will only be the tip of a massive iceberg. The iceberg’s name is the Thai Pop Festival (TPF). TPF is a channel to introduce both Thai music and ‘Live’ entertainment into the Singapore night scene. Other Thai superstars scheduled to be featured in TPF include; Potato, Bodyslam, Boy Peacemaker and Da Endorphine. These international icons have performed all over the world, and are brought in exclusively by BMI Global Connections Pte Ltd, working in conjunction with GMM Grammy International (Thailand).
