Borgata – Hybrid Italian Restobar
The ever popular Italian cuisine in Singapore will see a groundbreaking new concept where a fusion of bar and restaurant will take shape with Borgata Trattoria Osteria, an Italian restobar that offers a full and extensive Italian menu with comprehensive selection of 40 Italian wines in a bar setting at Clarke Quay.
Helmed by true-blue Italian Chef Andre who is well known in Singapore’s former Borgo restaurant for his signature pizzas and pasta, Borgata will offer authentic, traditional Northern Italian style menu with an extensive Italian wine and cocktail selection in a cheery bar environment peppered with an Italian touch.
Indulge your taste buds with a mind boggling range of over 20 authentic Italian appetizers ranging from cold appetizers such as Manzo All ‘Insalata – sliced roast beef served with rocket salad and truffle oil dressing) and hot appetizer Scamorza Con Porncini – an oven baked smoked cheese served with porncini to go with your wine and cocktail at the bar, right along the scenic Clarke Quay riverside. An extensive menu of up to 25 varieties of pizza and up to 15 types of pasta will also be on offer at this new Italian outlet.
