House Masters Featuring Frankie Knuckles at Stereolab

Frankie Knuckles is a man that needs no introduction.

Stereolab is proud to present The Godfather of House himself, exclusively for one night only.

Known as the true originator of the House music genre, Frankie Knuckles has worked magic as a DJ and producer for the past 4 decades, beginning his odyssey as resident DJ of the Chicago club The Warehouse – hence the term ‘House music.

The co-founder of Def Mix productions along with David Morales and Judy Weinstein has produced hit tracks that include ‘Tears’ with Satoshi Tomiie and ‘The Whistle Song’, as well as remixes for everyone from Mary J. Blige to Hercules & The Love Affair. August 26 is now known in Chicago as ‘Frankie Knuckles Day’, and in honor of his contributions to music, The Windy City named a street after him called ‘Frankie Knuckles Way.

Don’t miss the man, the music, the legend that is Frankie Knuckles
