Jon O’Bir has become one of the most highly regarded trance Dj’s on the planet with forward thinking and cuttingedge sets that have captivated crowds across the globe amazingly by the age of 24!
After beating 300 other aspiring DJ’s in a DJ competition for Passion and M8 magazine back in 2002, UK Super brand Godskitchen offered the talented trancer a residency and the prospect of a fledging career as Britain’s next DJ sensation.
The legendary Paul van Dyk has signed Jon’s first artiste album ‘From Within’ to his hugerecord label Vandit. The album saw a worldwide release in July 2008 and was followed by a world tour that visited events like Love Parade in Germany, Cream Amnesia in Ibiza, Digital Society in Leeds, Godskitchen Tour in Australia, Vandit & Intuition in Amsterdam, Gatecrasher in Sheffield, 1015 in San Francisco, and Carnival in Columbia.
O’Bir’s latest studio offerings ´Found A Way´ will be released on the massive Spinnin Records featuring a stunning Joint Operations Centre Remix by the main man John O´Callaghan and´Out of Touch’. ‘Found A Way’ has been a massive hit already having made its way to number 1 on Beatport Trance chart in early July!
