As temperature rises in SG, everyone is looking for sub-zero degree bars to chill-out. So the question is, where are these ice bars???

(1) Ice Palace @ Forbidden City - Indochine (Clarke Quay), (2) Eski bar @ Tanjong Pagar & Circular Road (Boat Quay)
