Dragonfly at St James Power Station is more than your usual fanfare of bands belting out cantonese songs and uncles drinking from their cordon bleu canons! Here are 5 reasons each, to visit or skip...

5 Reasons to Visit

1. Fabulous interior design
2. Great singers belting out Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Korean and Japanese songs with powerful bands and groovy dancers
3. William Scorpion still sings like his Canto days
4. Mono with 10 "must see" UNIQUE karaoke rooms is located above Dragonfly
5. Stars gazing with many SG actresses and actors checking out the place

5 Reasons to Skip

1. Valet parking is too near to the queue
2. Members queue is longer than non-members queue (to be fair, it's moving)
3. Retro, RnB and Top 40s are mixed like rojak (hey DJ, what's the genre?)
4. The elevated area next to the dancefloor and behind the stage is way too narrow
5. Try sitting (without bursting your eardrums) at the table next to the drummer when the live band is playing
