Yes, the tripple jug deal & free snacks is temporary not in the menu as they are having a one for one deal. Example...2 big mugs of certain beers for abt S$13 plus ? Actually, 1 mug is equal to 2 bottles of beer. So you are paying abt S$13 plus for 4 jugs of beer. As for being a member, sad to say, it is thru invite only. Pull strings ? maybe, but not necessary. If Towkay Wong were to make the membership payable, in fact everyone can be a member...Easy ? And more money for MW. But why Towkay Wong didnt engage this strategy maybe bcos he wants the member card to be very special...Specially for MW clubbers who loves MW. This is just my opinion. To find out their reasons, you can always email them your feedback & complaint.

The membership for this club is by invite............ ppl have been going down so many days and opening so many bottles and we dun even worth a membership??????..................................niki if u know the managers better tell them to wake up on that piece!!!!!!

Hi ppl...So far, true as it is...Madam Wong's Bar has changed tremendously...but still, we can't please everybody....Through out their 7 years in business ( if i'm not mistaken ).., they are still surviving ??? Amazed ??? Anyway...There has been some major changes to their new management, new DJs, new concept to attract you die-hard MW clubbers back...If you don like Retro, top 40s or techno or whatever, they have a new mixture, just RnB, Hip Hop & Reggaeton room for you to dance to...So, I hope you guys check the place out...or just give it a visit especially on Wed Fri & Sat nites... Cheers !!!

Service sucks, ridiculously over-crowded and the bartenders treat you as if you are invisible...what can be worse???? What the hell happened to the old Mdm Wong's?? I'm never going there again after tonight..NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cannot lah ... didn't you read the newspaper, shanghai is doing badly. pter wong peter wong why ???? sigh why this group of djs now??? i guess they are cheap, but then this is not the way to treat those faithful customers who love to go mw. you are attracting alot of kids to mw .i know you can't walk straight, but at least you can think straight right????

Actually d former DJs in mwong didnt wanna play retro.... Their mainstream's more to house & progressive sounds. It was dat TOWKAY W. who insist dat they spin more retro, retro & retro.... So dun blame it on d DJs... D whole group of them hav left wong to a new club nearby to put their actual talents to use. Dun Believe??? Jus go back mwong to check... They r still spinin retro........

Though d staff r friendly, d music really sucks big time now. All they play is retro, retro & retro.... they only start spinin pop or house at ard 1am onwards. Common!!!! Retro's so PASSE man!!!!! Be more upmarket & play more house & progressive sounds instead... No wonder nowadays, d crowd's gettin younger & younger. Its no more a hip & happenin place.... Its getting more & more like d kind of sleazy Ah Bengs & Ah Lians' pubs. Common, so wat if its always crowded everyday.... its not as if its d only pub around... Give some other clubs or pubs a visit.... Can bet dat other places can offer even better services & music.

oh . . it is nice .. retro can be nice . .. perhaps you are an anti retro .. it is another kind of music try to accept ...if you cant then keep your mouth shut .. some others might love it ! well nice plc .. music a bit slow and god damn packed . . and very very warm .. try to do a survery and ppl tent to stand under the aircon .. maybe this is the culture to squeeze and get stuffy and warm and sweaty . . yesh i believe this is their culture ..

I think the place was better in the past.. not now. The staff has changed and the music is getting too stagnant. To keep up with the club scene, the music needs a new burst of life man... The crowd is so-so...

i went down last sat madam wong the dj there was suck can't mix well at all palying the same old thing everyweek end better just put a non-stop cd play.

the music was very njoyable but i still prefer the early hours music.the dj plays very good retro and he should keep it up.but i think retro is going to be out dated,so play more house music lah. tina ng
