DXO, it?s a club at the ground floor but on top is a nice roof-less terrace with a nice acoustic band. Wanted to peeked in only, but the person quite friendly, and showed us around the place. I was quite shocked when i went it, cos almost nobody inside, haha. Maybe because it?s thursday. Then she showed us to the terrace on top, it is completely different with the club down stairs. It looks more like a cafe and place to chill out except that it?s selling liquor instead of coffee. There?s a 3-piece band playing guitars and conga drums

After that,went to DXO. First time going there then heard got party so thought might as well go and check it out.The lay out not bad. Except it is very crowded. It reminds me of Chinablack in its prime.

Chilled out last night.. DXO was a great place.. It has big and comfortable chairs that made us feel like king and queen. Friday night is ladies' night.. I got in for free! Then we went to Shanghai.. For your info, it's where the old Canto was.. Eye-opener for me.. Totally different crowd. And techno Chee-Na Pop songs.. Now I understand why techno ...

went there to celebrate a friend's birthday....and cover charge was abit more as there's a guest day that night 17th June. Me and my other friend reached at abt midnight, entered, but the crowd was... ... ...think i go kopi tiam watch soccer even much more ppl then the total on the first level. Maybe now young Singapore crowd don't listen to Trance and House music. They only know Hip Hop, Top 40s and Retro. The deco not bad....but I think the 2nd level, out the open air area, some safety precausion need to improve. The rallings at the side is too low, if not careful, very easy fall.
