Take Sentosa Express train to the Beach Station (last stop) from the top level of Vivocity.
For Drivers, cruise to Beach Carpark via Sijori Resort (Turn left into Sijori Resort. Beach Carpark is actually beneath the Beach Station (Sentosa Express Train).
Grab a Beach Tram (heading to Siloso Beach) outside the Beach Station.
Alight at the 2nd stop - Siloso Beach 2
