Special Events
*Nickeldime Flight Fight* (the tasting event of 4 libation types Sake, Wine, Whisky, Infusions)
Across the genre of drinks, each participant will be able to compare and contrast the unique characteristics of the craft of each drink.
Instead of the typical wine appreciation event, the “Flight Fight” will provide participants a chance to drink across four different types libations and determine their favorite contesting drink of each flight round.
Theme nights
Every Wednesday is *Tasting of Sake* event night- Get a flight of sake at half price of $15!
We will sample types across the range of Sake Meter Value (Nihonshudo). The sake meter determines the dryness of sweetness of the sake. Positive numbers represent dryness while negative numbers represent sweetness. The higher the number the drier the sake, the lower the number the sweeter the sake.
Come join us in a fun appreciation session and learn more about the sake characteristics.
Every Thursday is *Tapas + Sangria* party night: free tapas with every Sangria order!
Enjoy freeflow of nickeldime’s house made fresh tapas with our favourite Sangria! From 7pm onwards, Nickeldime will serve complimentary Tapas that can be enjoyed with Red or White Sangria. Try our unique recipe of slushy Red Sangria that consist of Cognac amongst other special ingredients.

*Beat the clock*! Pay the price of the time you order for a glass of wine (e.g. order at 6pm, pay $6). Mon to Thursday from 6pm. Usual price is $14/glass.
